Shipping & Handling

Most orders take about 1 to 3 working days to ship out after payment is confirmed. It takes another 5 to 10 working days for your order to reach you.

We will be able to provide you with tracking info after we ship.

Large orders will be shipped by LTL trucking. Please feel free to contact sales team support@ezgooddeals.com for a shipping quotation before ordering.

EZGoodDeals will not accept responsibility in case of delay in processing caused by insufficient information or incorrect shipping info provided by the customer.


WARRANTY

EZGoodDeals warrants as limited herein to the original purchaser (referred hereafter as The Customer) that all products supplied by EZGoodDeals shall be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one month from date of original purchase from EZGoodDeals.

Under this limited warranty, EZGoodDeals ONLY replaces defective product items/components. No assembly labor is included. Also, EZGoodDeals is NOT responsible for costs of transportation for returning the products by the Customer. All original shipping fees that ship from EZGoodDeals to customers are NOT refundable . This warranty shall only cover manufacturer's defects arising from normal residential usage. It does not apply to any conditions or damage resulting from negligence, misuse or abuse, or any conditions resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.

The customer should contact EZGoodDeals to report manufacturer's defects and get approval of the return. EZGoodDeals reserves the right not to repair/replace products without prior confirmation of return shipment. Availability of replacement items/parts depends on shipment schedule. Defects are determined by EZGoodDeals and EZGoodDeals reserves the right to reject customer claims if it feels damages are due to customer negligence and misuse.

EZGoodDeals makes no further warranties or representations except those contained herein. No representative or dealer is authorized to assume any other liability regarding products supplied by EZGoodDeals. EZGoodDeals shall in no event be liable for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages.

There are NO returns on custom orders, however we will cover warranty issues stated in the paragraphs above. Please contact us if there are any concerns regarding our policies.

Return/Restocking

We guarantee the quality on all our EVA foam products. If you aren’t satisfied with our products, please contact support@ezgooddeals.com for replacement. Open products are not refundable. Replacement parts are only available sales order within 15 days with original sales invoice. Replacement is "EXCHANGE" only. No credit or money refund for any open item.  The shipping fee in the original order is NOT refundable in any situation. All returns will include a 35% restocking fee.

Orders Modifications: Modification of orders is subjected to EZGoodDeal’s confirmation. Modification can be made at no extra charge before products are shipped., otherwise the customer might be subjected to charges as stated in our Terms of Return/Restocking.

Inquiry Commitment: EZGoodDeals is committed to respond to product inquiries within 48 hours for inquiries sent during Monday to Friday. However, we may need longer time to response during the busy season, weekends and holidays.


Freight Shipping Disclaimer

EZGoodDeals will ship in stock products within 2-4 business days. After your order has been placed, processed and credit card approval, product will ship via common carrier freight.

If you require products delivered by a certain date, please call our customer service dept. to verify your product availability. Please do not assume that products that you can order online our web site are necessarily in stock.

After the product ships we will send a shipping information email which will contain the trucking company name, phone number and your shipments tracking number. We ask that you contact the trucking company directly to coordinate delivery with the trucking company.

For business deliveries the trucking companies will assume your business is open and staffed to receive deliveries Mon-Fri during normal business hours. For delivery appointments it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the trucking company to arrange a delivery appointment. Any and all redelivery charges incurred will be billed back to the customer.

Freight deliveries are dock to dock, which means the receiving party will have to take the product off of the truck. Truck drivers will get the product to the back of the trailer. Truck drivers are not responsible for taking product off the truck.

Lift gate and inside delivery services are available at additional cost. Please inquire with our customer service dept. if you believe you may require lift gate or inside delivery, please contact our customer service dept. and we can assist you to learn about the particulars of our product packaging.

Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. EZGoodDeals is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend taking off any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product, before the driver leaves. In addition please count the product before signing the delivery receipt.

If the product is damaged in any way, DO NOT REFUSE THE PRODUCT, it is best to receive the product and replacement product will be shipped out to you.

Any and all damage must be noted on the bill of receipt in detail and signed by the driver. If damage did occur during transit, a copy of the bill of receipt will need to be faxed or mailed to EZGoodDeals in order for EZGoodDeals to file a claim with the trucking company, and for replacement product to be sent out to the customer.
